CANCELLATION POLICY

At The Skkn House, I understand that life happens and that things can change. However, I do ask for at least 24 hours advance notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.  Time is everything. This is why if cancelations occur less then 24 hours before your scheduled appointment a 50% fee of the full service price will be charged to the card on file. Clients who fail to show up to their appointment without prior notice will be charged the full service amount.  I will strive to provide you with the best service possible and arriving on time can really help with that. I ask that clients arrive about 10-15 minutes before the scheduled appointment to ensure I can provide the full service the best I can. I understand no one is perfect, clients arriving 10 mins later then the scheduled appointment may be subject to reschedule or cancellation of service. A partial fee may apply. Appointments booked with special promotions are subject to the same cancellation terms. Gift certificates are nonrefundable.  I want you to feel special. My services are tailored to each of individual client which is why I do not offer refunds on completed services. If concerns arise please contact me within 48 hours of your service. I am happy to make corrections or touchups within this time as needed.  By booking an appointment, you are agreeing to these terms.
